Lifted your 3rd Gen Toyota 4Runner (1996-2002)? If so, your Panhard bar (the diagonal bar that locates the rear axle side-to-side) is now at a steep angle, which can hurt handling and make the axle sit off-center. This PIT66 correction kit fixes that. It's a heavy-duty drop bracket made from 3/16\ steel plate that bolts onto the axle end of the Panhard bar mount. It lowers the mounting point by 2 to 4 inches (adjustable), bringing the bar back to a more horizontal position like factory. This does a few great things: it re-centers your rear axle, improves handling by raising the roll center, and in many cases, means you don't need to buy an expensive adjustable Panhard bar. The bracket is contoured to match the factory frame for easy alignment.
