You get a 78.7-inch long strip that's 3cm wide and 10cm (about 4 inches) tall. It's made of soft, bendable, high-temperature resistant silicone that you can step over easily (great for accessibility). One side has a strong self-adhesive strip for initial mounting on any clean, smooth, and dry surface like tile or concrete. For a permanent, 100% waterproof seal, it's highly recommended to also apply a bead of clear silicone caulk along both sides of the dam's bottom edge (caulk not included). You can cut it to any length or shape with scissors to fit curved walls or corners. It effectively contains water within your shower area, helping to achieve true wet/dry separation without the need for building a raised curb.
